A mouth-watering plant burger with mustard-dill sauce.

For 4 burgers:
- 4 pcs ManaBurger™
- 4 slices vegan cheese
- 4 buns
- Large handful leafy greens (e.g. spinach or arugula)
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 pickles
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- ½ white onion
- 4 tablespoons coarse mustard
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup (cane sugar)
- 5 sprigs dill
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
1First, make the sauce: Put both types of mustard, the vinegar, the agave syrup, and the dill into a blender and blend briefly. Slowly pour in the olive oil and continue blending until the ingredients come together. Then add salt and pepper to taste and store in the fridge.
2Put the defrosted ManaBurgers on a hot pan or grill, or in a heated oven, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. You can use a bit of oil if you want, but we recommend cooking them without oil. The outside should be crunchy and golden, while the inside should be pink and juicy. Put the slices of cheese on top and let them melt for a few minutes.
3Lightly toast the buns and spread ketchup on the lower half. Add the greens, then a few slices of tomatoes, then the ManaBurgers with melted cheese. Top with pickle slices, diced onion, and a spoonful of the mustard-dill dressing. Close it all with the top of the bun and enjoy!
